Excellent as usual! I haven't had a bikini wax in 5 month so I was expecting a teeth gritting experience. Wrong! She is such a careful esthetician. She took her time, was so easy that I barely felt anything. so as usual, I had a great experience at Pia.

My experience was awesome. I walked in and felt welcomed, I was offered something to drink, and I felt very comfortable waiting. As usual, the esthetician was terrific-- she did a fantastic job with the wax. The conversation is always fun and she makes it a bearable process.

I had a great experience. Well as good as can be expected. This was my first ever Brazilian wax and believe it or not it was tolerable, and I will be back for more. The customer service was great. I got recommended a great product that is already helping with my issues, and it has only been a week. Pia's is very warm and welcoming and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This was my very first visit to Pia Esthetics. The receptionist welcomed me and was very accommodating. The nail tech was very nice and gentle. I enjoyed the experience very much and I will return to the Westchase location. I can't remember the nail tech;s name, however, she told me she's a Bucs cheerleader. Very nice girl.

I always look forward to my spa experience at PIA. I am always well taken care of and my nails look stunning. The work is detailed and professional. This was my first time to your Spa. I have always heard wonderful things about about Pia & how well she trains her staff. Turns out they were right! Everyone I spoke to was polite & knowledgeable. The atmosphere was calm, but not stuffy. I appreciate that everything was clean & it smelled nice(no chemical smells) My nail tech was great. She was easy to talk to & she did a beautiful job on my nails. Can't wait to come back for waxing & maybe some eyelashes!

It was my first time visiting this spa. I was having a Brazilian and wasn't sure how it was going to go. My technician was amazing! She was super quick and it was not that painful at all! I totally love the location and feel of this spa. Tucked in Westchase it was worth the 20 minute drive to get there from where I live in New Tampa.

Ashley is awesome. Great personality. Magician with wax. She gets me in and out within 15 minutes and has a way of distracting me from the 'uncomfortable' sting of waxing! Love her!

This was my first Brazilian wax and they made the process as comfortable for me as possible. She was extremely professional and talked me through the whole thing. This was my first visit to Pia, and I was impressed by the overall spa experience. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and offered a beverage while I waited, which was a nice touch. I was promptly greeted by my esthetician, who was friendly and explained what would happen during my facial. The room was very small but served its purpose, and the soothing music and cool air made the room very comfortable. My esthetician had a gentle touch and explained certain steps and products to me along the way. After my facial, my esthetician showed me some of the products that she had used, and I was grateful that she provided me with some samples to try them at home. The checkout process was swift and easy. I thoroughly enjoyed my facial and look forward to booking future services soon.

As soon as I walked in the door, I was warmly welcomed (which is the case everytime I come!) and was checked in and had a seat. In the matter of a few minutes,My Technician came and greeted me and took me to the room for my services (wax). She was so sweet and made me feel comfortable, and did a good thorough job.

My experience at Pia was amazing. It was recommended to me by my roommate and I had never been waxed before in my life. I was incredibly nervous and apprehensive about pain the awkwardness of someone being down where my pants are supposed to be and all of that. However, Nicole made me feel right at home and walked me through the whole process step by step as well as gave me through warning about spots that particularly hurt. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to a friend especially if they are new to the waxing world.
