I have been going to the Winter Park location for almost a year. At every stage, booking my appointment through paying for my service, everyone is always friendly. The location is always clean and smells great. I am glad to see you are selling the Lemongrass Signature Scent so I can bring the scent home.

What an AMAZING experience! Enthusiastically recommended! The friendly and professional staff at Pia Day Spa were sincere and listened to my desires. Services were recommended based upon my wants and they cleaarly exceeded my expectations. My 4hr Spa Day experience was a gift from my son that I have had for 11.5 months. I used it just prior to the annual expiration and the fact that he keeps asking about my use of his gift card. I have had massages in the past for extreme fatigue or muscle soreness, but I have never put much importance on pampering myself. WOW was I wrong! WOW if only I knew what I was MISSING! I had an amazing massage, compliments to therapist. Followed by a facial - who knew someone else could clean, massage, and do all that OTHER stuff to my face to make if look and feel so AWESOME. Next I had both a REAL manicure and pedicure by my nail tech. I will NOT go a Nail Shop for these services again. The costs are comparable, but the services from Pia far exceed the few dollar difference. Lesson learned - I loved it, I deserve it, and I am more that worth it! I will be back and it will be often. P.S. I enjoyed it so much I am gifting a facial to my husband for his birthday and my daughter are planning a Mom and Daughter day for May. Thank you PIA!

My girlfriend and I had pedicures and they were great. Our technicians were very professional but also very personable and overall just nice to talk to. Made the experience so much better than just going to some strip mall store front for a pedicure. Great experience. I will definitely be back.

Fantastic deep tissue massage to start release of knots in back muscles. My massage therapist knows what she is doing and has an extremely healing touch. Well worth the time and cost. I love the atmosphere of Pia and have never had a disappointing experience.

I have had some poor experiences other places but she is very skilled and knowledgable on product, skin care and waxing. Front desk staff is also warm and welcoming which adds a extra bonus to the already great experience.

This was my first time at Pia and everything about my visit was great. Offered a drink as soon as I arrived and wait area was charming and smelled wonderful thanks to a lemongrass diffuser. My technician was friendly and did a great job. Also price was very reasonable. I'll be back again soon for sure :)

I received a fiji bar manicure and pedicure and my nails look fantastic! This was my first experience at Pia and I will most certainly be returning. The spa was clean and I love the smell of all the fiji products upon entering. I loved that there were only 2 pedicure and manicure seats. It made everything that much more relaxing. I can't say enough great things about my experience!

My massage therapist and the front desk receptionist were very professional and inviting. I got a 60 minute bamboo massage. She asked me questions beforehand to better tailor my massage to what I would like to focus on. She made me feel really comfortable and not afraid to communicate with her if the pressure was too hard/soft. The overall atmosphere was relaxing; I enjoyed the dimly lit room, the bed-quality sheets, tea bags put on my puffy eyes, and a warm table to lay on. I was not rushed from beginning to end. These ladies know how to conduct business and I will be returning hopefully soon!

My esthetician was amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and was very skilled. I was relaxed and the pain was minimal. I live in Melbourne, Fl and drove almost 2 hours to receive this service. I trust Pia esthetics so much that I won't go anywhere else for a bikini wax.

What a fabulous experience! My technician was so sweet and she made me feel comfortable. Her process of waxing was not as painful as other experiences I have had and her technique minimized any irritation. By far one of the best places I've ever been for waxing, and I've been waxing since 2006, so to me that's huge!!!

My Experience at Pia was fantastic. My husband books me spa days every year at xmas and sometimes through out the year and i have had a few bad experiences. Here at Pia I was comfortable and the Staff was very respectable. The massage therapist did my aromatherapy massage and was very knowledgeable as well as courteous. The nail tech was easy to talk to and did an excellent job on my customized mani/pedi. I will be calling very shortly to book more with this location. Very pleased! The service was absolutely excellent. As a working mother of 2 there isn't much me time. I appreciate that the service wasn't ruined by unnecessary conversation. I also appreciate that the service didn't come with a hard sell of additional products. I found the tech to be kind, knowledgeable, and focused. I would gladly return for additional service. I received a 90 minute massage yesterday afternoon at the Winter Park location. I have been to Pia multiple times before as has my wife. Our experience at Pia is always excellent. The reception staff is always incredibly polite and helpful. I appreciate the information stored in the computer so that staff can easily access what types of treatments we've received in the past and the employees who have helped us with services. Also, as usual, my treatment was excellent. It is always a pleasure to go to Pia. Your staff in Winter Park should be commended for always making the experience pleasurable.

I love going to Pia Winter Park. Everyone is so happy and friendly. I was greeted with a big smile and a friendly welcome. I have been using the lip liners which I love but my favorite part of Pia Winter Park is my tech! She is happy, friendly and kind. She has a gentle soothing way about her that just makes a person relax. I always request her because she makes the entire experience a great one!
