This is my 4th visit for a wax at Pia's and I am still incredibly happy with the service I receive. No one tries to bully me into buying their products, I never have to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment, and my esthetician is fantastic. She is down to earth, funny, and has a natural ability to put me at ease even though she is all up in my whohaa. I have never had a regular wax place until I came to Pia. Oh, and the bar the esthetician recommended I buy for my ingrown hairs is working very well. Thank you to all the Pia crew

My experience was awesome. I walked in and felt welcomed, I was offered something to drink, and I felt very comfortable waiting. As usual, the esthetician was terrific-- she did a fantastic job with the wax. The conversation is always fun and she makes it a bearable process.

I had a great experience. Well as good as can be expected. This was my first ever Brazilian wax and believe it or not it was tolerable, and I will be back for more. The customer service was great. I got recommended a great product that is already helping with my issues, and it has only been a week. Pia's is very warm and welcoming and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This was my first Brazilian wax and they made the process as comfortable for me as possible. She was extremely professional and talked me through the whole thing. I had Kristee and another individual do my pedicure and manicure. The service was oustanding, and it was one of the best mani/pedi's I have had in a very long time! Your pedicure chairs are SO comfortable. I will be a return customer for sure!

My experience at Pia was amazing. It was recommended to me by my roommate and I had never been waxed before in my life. I was incredibly nervous and apprehensive about pain the awkwardness of someone being down where my pants are supposed to be and all of that. However, Nicole made me feel right at home and walked me through the whole process step by step as well as gave me through warning about spots that particularly hurt. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to a friend especially if they are new to the waxing world.

I received a Brazilian wax. The technician and the receptionist were very friendly and pleasant. They both answered my questions and were so informative. I've been to many places and this location by far is my favorite. I live out of state but I always schedule appointments when I'm in town.

This was first time waxing in years, and first time doing the Brazilian. She was very reassuring and made the experience much better than I expected. I appreciated how she chatted the whole time (which makes waxing those areas less awkward!) and also explained what and why she was doing what she was about to do. I would easily recommend her to family and friends, and would have her wax me again in a heart beat!

I recently went in for a brow shaping/wax with Ashley, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. Ashley was incredibly nice, listened to what I wanted and spent great time making sure every little strand of hair was perfectly waxed. At the end of the wax, she used a brow powder and showed me how to follow up at home. Ashley took time with me and made sure I was satisfied. I have had my brows waxed many times over the years, but this was the best they have ever looked. I will certainly return to Ashley. My overall experience at Pia's was wonderful. The receptionist was very friendly, as well. I can't wait to go back and share my experience with others!

My technician was very thorough in explaining all the services offered and the service I would be receiving that day (facial and pedicure). I was very relaxed, I was treated very well. Always a truly enjoyable experience at Pia's. I go there for microdermabrasion, eyelash perming, and waxing. I always receive compliments on me skin and lashes, which feels really great in combination with how better I feel about my skin. I am almost 43 and my dermatologist says I have the skin look, feel, and texture of a 25 year old! Very happy with every visit and each result.

What an absolute wonderful experience for me! From the moment I walked into Pia's, St. Petersburg, I felt comfortable and welcomed. Everyone was very, very, pleasant and accomodating. I was a bit apprehensive about getting a facial due to the fact my last experience with another spa was a bit unpleasant. My esthetician was professional, yet, warm and caring about the steps she was taking. I loved it. I highly recommed the Eurofacial! Not only does one receive an incredible facial, they also get an amazing massage. Yippie!! I made a reservation for my sister to enjoy a day of pampering. Let's see what she has to say:-) Do yourself a favor and go!

My esthetician was phenomenal. I have never had a waxer who actually cared about the pain her clients are having. She was accommodating and would adjust her technique accordingly. She was genuinely nice, down to earth, and personable, most waxers I have are stuck up and fake. The prices were good and I left very hairless and happy.

The receptionist who was at Pia St. Pete last night was very friendly. I really enjoyed the tea I was offered - it made me feel relaxed before my wax. My esthetician helped make the completely bare wax process more bearable by keeping an active conversation with me during the entire appointment. That way, it was over before I knew it! I've had a great result both times I've had her do this wax for me. I'd definitely recommend her and this spa overall. Thank you!

So nice! I was there for a bikini wax appointment and my esthetician was awesome. My first time waxing and she was professional, welcoming and delightful. It was very awkward for me as I approached but she set me at ease at once. The pain was significantly less then I expected and I am sure that was due to her skill, expertise and table-side manner!

I had a brazilian bikini wax which you know can be quite painful. I always go to Pia's and my esthetician is the best. She is professional,makes you feel comfortable and is the closest to painfree as I've ever had with a Brazilian wax.

After moving to St Petersburg a few months ago, the most daunting task was finding a new facility for brazilian waxing. I came across the Pia website and booked an appointment. My esthetician is extremely skilled, fast, and very nice! My eyebrows have never looked better and she does a fantastic job with brazilian waxing. I appreciate the pleasant atmosphere of the salon and how I can get in and out in 30-minutes or less. She was very personable and was very professional. I was offered coffee immediately as I walked in which was very nice. I noticed that they carried and used dermalogica skin care lines for their products and that is what I use at home. I would love to return for more services.

Plus she is very professional, the location is clean and friendly. And the receptionist does a great job choosing nice music to listen to while getting your treatment. Great place!

I was just in there for my first time last week. I had a great eyebrow waxing experience and really enjoyed the ambiance. If I can ever get a free minute, I would love to come in for a massage. I plan to be back even if it only ends up being for my brows.
